

Hello! Welcome to The CPC!
I’m Christine and I love food! So I started The Clean Plate Collective (The CPC), a health conscious, food loving blog with the aim to change the world for the healthier and better (and clearing any assumptions about healthy food being bland or unappetizing) one bite at a time.
Food is a livelihood for so many of us. It’s where we gather with loved ones to share a delicious meal, and where we can learn and be creative, but food can make us sick or nourish us and make us stronger. The grocery stores and food labels have become like minefields to navigate through. The CPC is here to help! I believe clean eating starts with real, whole foods and is a lifestyle, something that should be part of our lives everyday! I hope to bring you easy, delicious meals that support you and your wellbeing.
What kind of recipes will you find here?
Here you will find recipes that are: gluten-free, refined and artificial sugar-free, processed hydrogenated oil-free, grass-fed meats (we support humanely raised animals fed their natural diets on sustainable farms), and free from other processed products.
I strongly believe clean eating will help you feel better and optimize your mind, body and life. When fueling your body with whole, quality ingredients you are treating yourself better and your body will thank you. As Jim Rohn said, “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”

There are various clean brands recommended to help you navigate the recipes and to stock your home with products you can trust. I also recommend other blogs that have inspired me and that promote a clean lifestyle and healthy eating as well! There’s a whole other world of great things (food-wise) I want to share with you!
Recommendations are offered based on my own research and experiences. While I am not a health care professional, I would like to share my passion for delicious food while promoting a healthy and happy lifestyle. Every person is different and has different needs. The collective offers various recipes for you to try, hopefully fall in love with, and achieve your goals for healthy/clean eating and living.
Navigating modern food is not easy. It’s been quite a journey for myself as well, changing how I eat, what I eat and how I think about food. But good news healthy food is no longer boring and I certainly don’t believe it is. This is an assumption I love challenging! In fact, I crave and want the foods I make and find it more satisfying than eating out!
